I suddenly hit me.. the pressure in red cross in really heavy. Not long, the juniors are going to have to report themselves and take care of themselves. We wont be there with them, neither will the secthrees. Can they handle everything. I remember last year, we were so "spoilt" by the current NCOs. They did almost everything for us. With bobo leading us, knowing the basis of everything(cos of her sister). We were still rather messed up. After POC, it was more stable with little quarrels yet many cliques in the level. Another new year, the sectwos are still messy. The cliques are still present yet less.YAY. but when orientation came, it showed us that the level is still not strong enough for bigger challenges ahead. The secones reflected us berely one year ago..maybe better, maybe worse. The secthrees already have so much on their hands.. its like a nightmare approaching..i know we have to help them. i hope the level can be a strong level soon(:
